Fresh pork trotters

Description:
After the cut, the front trotters are taken from the pig’s front legs. The back trotters are taken from the pig’s back legs after the cut.

Source of the product: the pigs are carefully selected from BAF’s farms or households raised following a closed and safe process that BAF transfers. The pigs that are brought in for slaughter must be healthy and free of diseases. Before slaughter, the pigs are rested; therefore, the pork is of the highest quality. After slaughter, the pigs are all inspected and stamped by the department of animal health before being put on the market for consumption.
