Pork ribs

Description:
Fresh pork short ribs are the ribs calculated from rib no.5 onwards, which is characteristically lean meat with little fat, taken from the belly of pigs.

Source of the product: the pigs are carefully selected from BAF’s farms or households raised following a closed and safe process that BAF transfers. The pigs that are brought in for slaughter must be healthy and free of diseases. Before slaughter, the pigs are rested; therefore, our pork is of the highest quality. After slaughter, the pigs are all inspected and stamped by the department of animal health before being put on the market for consumption.
