The SAP S/4HANA Cloud-based Comprehensive Digital Transformation of Management Project was formally announced and inked by BAF Vietnam Agriculture JSC and Citek Technology JSC on March 11th, 2024.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is an all-inclusive governance solution enabling BAF’s digital transformation, access to and implementation of industry-specific standard operating procedures and best practices gleaned from major global corporations of the same industry. It is a corporate governance solution built upon SAP’s HANA in-memory database. The system delivers continuous innovation and facilitates seamless integration with other applications, enhancing the company’s performance and bolstering its competitiveness.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hong Viet, the Managing Director of SAP Vietnam, getting to operational stage with SAP S/4 HANA after 10 months of implementation will be no easy feat. Nevertheless, Citek and SAP are dedicated to assisting businesses to function effectively and providing continuous support, even after the platform has been successfully incorporated into the company business operations.

During the kickoff ceremony, the Project Management Board representatives discussed the project’s high-level implementation plan and shared their experience with successfully projects. As per the target roadmap suggested by Citek, official operations are scheduled to begin in January 2025, following a 10-month implementation phase.
